JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:   Knowlege and/or experience in the following areas:

•  AC/DC electrical systems
•  Electrical control wiring systems
•  Power distribution systems
•  Electrical motor control
•  Electro-fluid power systems
•  Electronic sensors
•  Programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley preferred)
•  Variable frequency drives
•  Windows operating systems
•  Mechanical drive systems
•  Fluid power systems
•  Piping systems
•  Occasional welding
•  Basic and precision measuring (electrical and mechanical)
•  Shop equipment (saws, grinders, presses, etc.)

JOB PROCEDURES:   

•  Maintain, repair, troubleshoot and install industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
•  Test, analyze and adjust industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
•  Repair and rebuild replacement parts for industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
•  Basic welding fabrication
•  Conduit and piping installation
•  General electrical and mechanical work
