JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and/or experience in set-up and operation of the following equipment:

•  Manual and conversational milling machines
•  Manual and conversational lathes
•  Turning centers
•  Vertical machining centers (mazitrol and G code)
•  Swiss screw machines
•  Tool and cutter grinders
•  Surface grinders
•  EDM machines (sinker and wire)

JOB PROCEDURES:

•  Fabricate replacement parts for industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
•  Fabricate parts for new equipment
•  Research and development of new projects
•  Programming of CNC equipment
•  Fabricate and repair parts for injection molds
•  Fabricate and repair parts for progressive stamping dies
